Heat awareness training helps employees recognize the warning signs of heat-related illnesses, including heat exhaustion and heat stroke, which can result from prolonged exposure to high temperatures and physically demanding work.

In November 2025, CDRI team members participated in a Scaffolding Train-the-Trainer Certification course focused on strengthening internal expertise and advancing safety leadership across the organization.
