Viviana has a background in architecture and 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she combines design expertise with construction management knowledge to oversee planning, coordination, documentation, and project execution. Known for her ability to connect with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams, Viviana brings a collaborative approach and strong attention to detail to every project. Originally from Armenia, Colombia, Viviana now lives in Palm Beach County and was recently featured in The Florida Journal Magazine as one of its Women Making a Difference.

Vice President

Alessandra brings a unique combination of legal education, construction expertise, and leadership to Carousel Development & Restoration. She holds a Juris Doctor degree from Pace University and has been a Florida-licensed General Contractor since 2016. As Vice President, Alessandra plays an integral role in supporting the continued growth and success of the family-owned and operated company. She also serves as Treasurer of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI), contributing her expertise to the concrete repair and restoration industry. Her experience across both the legal and construction fields makes her a valued member of the Carousel leadership team.

Director of Marketing & Safety

Gabriella has been a valued member of the Carousel team for more than a decade, helping build a culture where safety is a core value. With OSHA 10-, 30-, 500-, and 510-hour training, Scaffolding Train-the-Trainer qualifications, and additional safety certifications, she oversees jobsite safety, employee training, equipment certifications, inspections, and compliance. She also serves on the Board of the Safety Council of Palm Beach. A graduate of The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, Gabriella brings her background in fine art photography into her work, documenting restoration projects and creating photography and marketing materials for Carousel. An accomplished author and advocate for Type 1 Diabetes awareness, she combines safety leadership, creativity, and education in everything she does.

Logistical Transportation

Jason is a fourth-generation concrete restoration specialist with extensive hands-on experience. He strategically plans and executes equipment logistics for every job site, delivering projects with precision, efficiency, and a strong emphasis on safety. Jason holds multiple industry certifications, including: 10-Hour OSHA Certification, 30-Hour OSHA Certification, Forklift Trainer Certification, Swing Stage Training Certification, Boom Lift and Scaffolding Certification, CPR and First Aid Awareness

Project Supervisor

Luis has been an integral part of Carousel’s growth and management team for more than two decades. Starting as a laborer, he advanced to Foreman and has served as a Project Supervisor for more than 10 years, bringing extensive experience in high-rise concrete restoration. Fluent in English and Spanish, Luis holds certifications in OSHA 10- and 30-hour, forklift, swing stage, boom lift, scaffolding, CPR, and heat awareness. Known for his professionalism, reliability, and approachable nature, Luis is highly regarded by building managers and primarily oversees high-end restoration projects on Palm Beach Island. Outside of work, he serves as a missionary with the Army of the Lord, supporting communities in need locally and abroad.

CFO/Human Resources Director

Meredith brings more than 35 years of financial expertise and over 25 years as a valued member of the Carousel team. She provides strategic financial leadership and guidance, with a strong commitment to integrity, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. Her extensive financial knowledge and ability to work collaboratively across the organization have made her an invaluable part of Carousel Development & Restoration’s leadership and continued success. Meredith holds a degree in Finance and, outside of work, enjoys one of her greatest passions—riding horses.

AP Specialist & HR Assistant

Adriana has been a valued member of the Carousel team since 2016, bringing more than 35 years of bookkeeping and financial experience to her role as AP Specialist & HR Assistant. Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Italian, she brings a diverse professional background spanning companies in both Italy and the United States. Known for her organization, precision, and strong work ethic, Adriana manages accounts payable while supporting administrative and human resources functions. Her extensive experience and commitment to accuracy and efficiency make her an important member of the Carousel team.

Carlos joined Carousel in 1989 after walking through the doors with a photograph of himself standing on a roof and declaring, “I’m not afraid of heights.” Starting as a laborer, he advanced to Foreman, Supervisor, General Superintendent, and ultimately Director of Field Operations, a position he has held for more than 20 years. Originally from Colombia and fluent in English and Spanish, Carlos holds OSHA, swing stage, forklift, fall protection, and Boom Lift Train-the-Trainer certifications, as well as a General Contractor’s license earned in 2011. He has overseen more than 100 concrete restoration projects throughout Palm Beach County and continues to be a trusted leader, mentor, and cornerstone of the Carousel family.

Juan has been a valued member of the Carousel team for more than 20 years, bringing extensive experience in high-rise concrete restoration and strong leadership to his role as Project Supervisor. He holds OSHA 10- and 30-hour training, along with current certifications in forklift operation, swing stage, scaffolding, CPR, and heat awareness. Juan oversees projects from start to finish, coordinating schedules, resources, and crews while maintaining clear communication with clients and keeping projects on track. Known for his positive attitude, responsiveness, and proactive approach to problem-solving, Juan builds lasting relationships and is a trusted member of the Carousel team.

Elias has been a valued member of the Carousel team since 2013, advancing from Foreman to Project Supervisor through his dedication, adaptability, and strong leadership skills. He has successfully managed multimillion-dollar projects with field teams of more than 65 personnel, including subcontractors. Fluent in English and Spanish, Elias holds OSHA 10- and 30-hour certifications, along with certifications in forklift, swing stage, boom lift, CPR, First Aid, and heat awareness. Known for his exceptional communication and people skills, Elias is trusted by building managers and plays an important role in Carousel’s continued growth and success.

Fron Desk Coordinator

Jen joined the Carousel Development & Restoration team in 2025, inspired by more than two decades of the company’s legacy and her father Luis Zelaya’s dedication to the Carousel team. With a background in professional videography, Jen brings creativity, professionalism, and a unique visual perspective to the company, helping capture and communicate CDRI’s work through visual storytelling. Her combination of administrative skills, creative talent, and personal connection to the Carousel legacy makes her a valued member of the CDRI team.

Samora has been a valued member of the CDRI team since 2010, bringing more than 15 years of hands-on construction experience and field leadership to the company. Fluent in English and Spanish, he has successfully completed numerous time-and-material projects and served as a lead foreman on multimillion-dollar restoration projects throughout South Florida and along the coast. Certified in forklift, swing stage, boom lift, and CPR, Samora combines extensive field knowledge, strong leadership, and a commitment to quality and jobsite safety on every project.

Fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Creole, he holds certifications in OSHA 10- and 30-hour, forklift, swing stage, boom lift, scaffolding and Train-the-Trainer, CPR, First Aid, and heat awareness. As a Jobsite Supervisor, Gousse brings extensive field knowledge, strong leadership, and a commitment to quality to every major project, making him a valued member of the Carousel team.

Elmer has built his career at Carousel from the ground up, beginning as a laborer and advancing to his current role as Job Site Foreman. With extensive experience in high-rise concrete restoration and repair, he brings strong hands-on knowledge and leadership to every project. Elmer is certified in forklift operation and trained in swing stage, fall protection, CPR, First Aid, and heat awareness. He has contributed to some of the largest and most complex concrete restoration projects in Palm Beach County, making his field expertise and commitment to safety a valuable part of the Carousel team.

Jobsite Supervisor

Edward has been a valued member of the Carousel team since 2013, joining the company directly out of high school and advancing from Crew Member to Foreman to Project Supervisor. With more than a decade of hands-on field experience, he brings strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to keeping projects safe and on schedule. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Edward helps facilitate clear communication between clients and field crews. He holds OSHA 10- and 30-hour certifications, along with certifications in forklift, swing stage, boom lift, CPR, and heat illness awareness.

Foreman & Concrete Restoration Specialist

Smithe has been a valued member of the Carousel family for nearly 25 years, bringing decades of hands-on experience and extensive knowledge of the high-rise concrete restoration industry. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole, he brings strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the coordination, safety, and craftsmanship required for complex restoration projects. Smithe is OSHA 10-hour certified and trained in forklift, swing stage, Boom Lift, CPR, First Aid, heat awareness, and fall protection. One of his proudest accomplishments is having his son join the Carousel team, continuing a family tradition of dedication and hard work.

Jhoan has been a valued member of the Carousel team since 2023, bringing strong leadership, bilingual communication skills, and a commitment to workplace safety to his role as Project Supervisor. He has completed extensive training and certifications in forklift operation, swing stage and boom lift operation, scaffolding Train-the-Trainer, CPR and First Aid, and heat awareness. Jose has been a valued member of the Carousel team since 2012, bringing extensive field experience and practical expertise to every project. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he works closely with building managers and field teams throughout Florida. Jose holds certifications in forklift and swing stage operation and has successfully supervised teams of more than 45 personnel on a single project. His experience, leadership, and knowledge of restoration operations make him a valuable member of the Carousel team.

He provides strong, decisive, safety-focused leadership on multimillion-dollar projects and holds certifications in OSHA 30-hour safety, forklift operation, swing stage, and boom lift operation. Known for his calm, detail-oriented approach, Tim sets clear expectations, promotes accountability, and leads his teams with a commitment to quality, safety, and successful project completion.

Beginning his career in roofing, he expanded his expertise into high-rise concrete restoration and repairs and has successfully managed time-and-material projects and major jobsites throughout South Florida. Fluent in English and Spanish, Alberto holds certifications in OSHA 10- and 30-hour, forklift, swing stage, boom lift, CPR, and heat awareness. Tools, Equipment & Safety Manager

Daniel brings 20 years of experience in fleet management and more than 15 years of experience in safety training and compliance, with a background spanning both service and sales and various safety and compliance management roles. Originally from Colombia and fluent in English and Spanish, Daniel is skilled at communicating effectively with employees and customers. Known for his responsive service, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, he holds training certifications in MEWP, Telehandler, and Forklift operation and is currently pursuing his OSHA Trainer certification. His experience and commitment to safety make him a valuable member of the Carousel team.

Jobsite Supervisor

Alexander has been a valued member of the Carousel team for more than a decade, bringing extensive experience to his role as Foreman of the in-house painting division. He leads crews with a strong commitment to quality, safety, and exceptional workmanship across low-, mid-, and high-rise condominium painting projects. Fluent in English and Spanish, Alexander is an effective leader and communicator who helps ensure projects are completed successfully and to the highest standards. He holds certifications in forklift, swing stage, fall protection, and Boom Lift operation.

Gil joined the Carousel team in 2018 as General Superintendent for the in-house painting division, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the painting industry. His expertise spans mid- and high-rise commercial and residential projects, along with extensive safety training and certifications, including OSHA 30-hour, forklift, swing stage and fall protection, Boom Lift Train-the-Trainer, CPR, and First Aid. His hands-on experience, safety-first leadership, and ability to lead crews in complex high-rise environments make him a valued member of the Carousel team.

Juan brings more than 21 years of specialized experience in high-rise concrete restoration to Carousel. Originally from Colombia and fluent in English and Spanish, he holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University, earned in 2018. Juan is OSHA 10- and 30-hour certified and trained in forklift, swing stage, fall protection, CPR, First Aid, and heat awareness. He has managed multimillion-dollar restoration projects and led teams of up to 90 employees, bringing strong leadership and a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency to every project. Outside of work, Juan enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Since Aureliano joined Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc.  in 2017, he advanced from laborer to Foreman while earning certifications in forklift operation, swing-stage and aerial lifts, Train-the-Trainer, scaffolding, CPR, silica awareness, and fall protection. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, he has collaborated effectively with supervisors, project managers, and field superintendents on high-rise restoration projects, consistently delivering safe, high-quality results.

Luckner began his career in concrete restoration with Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc., in 2012. He advanced from laborer to Foreman and currently works under the company’s top project managers. Fully fluent in English, Spanish, and Creole, Luckner is respected for leading the Carousel team in prayer before most safety meetings. He holds certifications in swing-stage operation, fall protection, boom-lift training, CPR, and heat awareness.

As a mother of three, she brings the same care, patience, and attention to detail to her work as she does to her family. As a Painting Division Foreman, Carmen plays an important leadership role on high-rise concrete restoration projects valued in the millions of dollars. Luis has been a valued member of the Carousel team since 2012, originally joining the field team before transitioning into an office-based role. Recognized for his technical abilities, attention to detail, and expertise in computer-aided design (CAD), Luis continues to support Carousel’s projects and operations with his specialized knowledge. Born and raised in Cuba and fluent in English and Spanish, he brings strong communication skills and a diverse perspective to the team. Outside of work, Luis enjoys woodworking, creating unique handcrafted pieces, and preparing meals on his smoker.
