Safe & Sound Week: Building a Stronger Culture of Safety

Safe & Sound Week Logo

Safe & Sound Week took place August 10–16, 2026, highlighting the importance of creating safer workplaces through preparation, communication, employee participation, and consistent safety practices.

For Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc., these principles are reflected in the way we approach safety every day. During Safe & Sound Week, our teams focused on activities including safety stand-downs, toolbox talks, training, and recognition of safety achievements—reinforcing the importance of staying engaged and proactive on every jobsite.

The Safe & Sound program centers on three key principles: management leadership, worker participation, and systematically finding and addressing workplace hazards. These principles align closely with Carousel’s ongoing commitment to safety education, communication, and accountability throughout our organization.

Safety is a shared responsibility. By encouraging everyone—from leadership to field crews—to actively participate in creating safer jobsites, we continue to strengthen a culture where safety remains a priority every day.
