Winthrop House: Precision in Every Finish

As work progresses at Winthrop House, Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc.’s painting team brings precision, careful preparation, and attention to detail to the project’s finishing stages. From preparing surfaces to applying the final coats, each step plays an important role in achieving a consistent, professional finish.

High-rise restoration requires coordination between multiple trades and project phases. By working closely with Carousel’s restoration crews, supervisors, and project managers, our painters help ensure that exterior painting and finishing work aligns with the overall restoration plan.

From concrete restoration and waterproofing to exterior coatings and final finishes, Carousel’s integrated team approach helps maintain continuity, quality, and efficient project coordination throughout the restoration process.

At Winthrop House and across South Florida, our goal is to help protect and preserve buildings through experienced craftsmanship, careful execution, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
