Why We Pray on Our Jobsites

At Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc., our people are more than employees—they are part of the Carousel family.

Prayer on our jobsites is one way we bring our teams together and reflect on what matters most: faith, safety, gratitude, and looking out for one another. For many members of our team, taking a moment to pray is a meaningful part of the workday.

Construction and concrete restoration require tremendous focus, teamwork, and responsibility. Before work begins or during a safety meeting, pausing for prayer gives our team an opportunity to ask for protection over our crews, guidance in the decisions we make, and the safe return home of everyone at the end of the day.

For Carousel, these moments are a reminder that while we work together to restore buildings and structures, we also have a responsibility to care for the people beside us. Faith, unity, and gratitude are part of the culture we strive to carry with us every day.
