THE RITZ CARLTON, SINGER ISLAND- STUCCO REPAIR & PAINTING

2700 North Ocean Drive stands 27 stories in the air. The Ritz-Carlton’s two towers are unmistakable to the skyline of Singer Island, a prestigious barrier island. For phase one, April of 2015 Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc. stucco repaired the west side of the building. The second phase of restoration was mobilized in October 2017. Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc. will be working on post tension, stucco & concrete repairs along with painting of the entire two towers, and installing new railings. We are scheduled for a two year project.
