THE KIRKLAND HOUSE- CONCRETE RESTORATION

Simply one of the most prestigious buildings in Palm Beach, The Kirkland house was built in 1974. Located on world-famous Worth Avenue and Ocean Boulevard in the heart of town, the Kirkland House is distinguished by its pale yellow façade, white oceanfront balconies, and exceptionally large floor plans. With only 20 units in the building, the Kirkland House is the uber-chic condo that was in need of concrete restoration repairs, painting and waterproofing. Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc. began mobilization of the project June 2016!
