SOUTH POINT – HIGH-RISE CONCRETE RESTORATION BALCONY REPAIR, GARAGE REPAIR, PAINTING & GLASS RAILING INSTALLMENT

South Point Condominium is located on Galt Ocean Mile in Fort Lauderdale Beach. From May of 2012 through the summer of 2016 Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc. has been working on this site. We completely replaced a total of 400 balconies; that’s 1,060 yards of poured concrete! Over the years his massive project included all new balconies on two 22 story buildings. Replacing expansion joints and painting the entire two garage floors, along with a brand new pool deck which connects both buildings. New color paint and waterproofing systems for both buildings and structural repairs. Carousel installed brand new, state-of-the-art hurricane impact glass panels with new aluminum frame railings this completely transformed the look of these magnificent buildings!
