LAKE SHORE COLONY – LOW RISE CONDO BALCONY RESTORATION

Lake Shore Colony is a low rise building that sits on the intercostal waterway just south of Palm Beach Island. Carousel efficiently repaired the balconies, replaced expansion joints in the catwalks and waterproofed & painted the entire building in 2013.
