EASTPOINTE II CONDOMINIUM- EXPANSION JOINT REPLACEMENT & PAINTING

Eastpointe II Condominium is a 30 story high rise building that beautifully sits on the barrier reef of Singer Island, Florida. Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc. was called to the project back in the late 1990’s for an entire balcony concrete restoration job. In 2015, Carousel was working on minor garage repairs, planter restorations and replacing expansion joints.
