BEACH POINT- MID RISE CONCRETE RESTORATION, BALCONY REPAIR, PAINTING & WATERPROOFING

Beach Point Condominium is located in the south end on Palm Beach Island on A1A. Beach Point was under concrete restoration repairs from May 2012 thru January 2015. Within this time period Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc. completely restored all three buildings including; overhead repairs, stucco repairs, catwalk repairs, painting & waterproofing of the entire buildings and installed new hurricane impact glass doors. Nearing the end of the completion of this massive restoration project, Beach Point’s board members gave a genuine gesture of gratitude to Carousel’s employees by buying 65 men lunch. What a way to end a great project!
