WINTHROP HOUSE- CONCRETE RESTORATION, PAINTING & WATERPROOFING

Winthrop House is located in the heart of Palm Beach. This six story oceanfront enclave provides residents with the best of Palm Beach amenities. Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc. was called to do minor concrete restoration repairs back in 1992. Our relationship with the building has only grown over the years. In 2013 Carousel took on the entire east side of the balcony repairs, painting and waterproofing.
