Built in 1969 the whitewashed Patrician Condo has a cool South Beach feel. The pool area and the Patrician’s affordability set this building apart. The stark white building with art deco-like balconies set the stage for the contemporary pool area. The intensely blue pool and the Atlantic Ocean just beyond. Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc. was called to do stucco repairs and painting of the entire building in 2016.
