The Process
Removal Of Foreign Material:
Overtime Balconies and concrete in general gets covered with decretive material, tile, carpet, stains and paint. All this needs to be removed. With this the process begins. grinding off the old material and then pressure cleaning the surface to the original poured concrete.

Engineering The Problems:
A certified engineer reviews all of the concrete in question and marks the areas for repair and the areas for replacement.
Excavation of Damaged Material:
The excavation process starts with cutting the concrete along the marks made by the engineer. Once the area has been cut we chip out the damaged material. The cutting process protects the surrounding areas from damage by the chipping.
Engineering The Excavation:
The excavated area is reviewed for hidden damage within the concrete. The reebar is inspected for rust and damage. The Reebar is cleaned and repaired or replaced , and covered with a protective coating of rust resistant material.
Forms:
Forms for the pouring of concrete are put in place.
Pouring:
Concrete is poured and cured. If needed windows and sliders are replaced at this step.
Finishing Touches:
A final pressure wash. Then a corrosion inhibiter is applied, finally the concrete is finished in the customers selected way.
Roof Deck:
Putting the roofing material on the roof deck.
Sand:
Putting down and preparing sand for road deck.
