    Joe Carosella founded the company along with his nephew Michael Bianchini in 1979. The company headquarters is based in Delray Beach, Florida. Mr. Carosella has over 40 years experience in the concrete business.

  • Michael Bianchini- President & Co-Founder

    Michael Bianchini (along with Joe Carosella) founded Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc., in 1979. Michael has over 50 years experience in the construction business. His grandfather was in the concrete business, his father was in the painting & waterproofing business and now Michael carries on the legacy of past generations.     Carlos Ramirez has been a proud member of Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc. since 1992.   • Bob Wolgast- General Superintendent

    Bob has been a huge growth asset in the company of Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc. He has been a team member since 1990. He has recieved his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health and his knowledge in the concrete restoration industry, field experience and business is irreplaceable.

  • Juan Carlos Diaz- General Superintendent

    Juan Carlos has been a proud member of the Carousel team since 2007. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is currently completing his Masters Degree at FIU in Construction Management. Juan has managed some of Carousel's largest concrete restoration projects. His job site organization and safety skills are spotless.   • Joe Wolfe- General Superintendent

    Joe has been in the construction industry specialist since 1984. He has been a big asset in the growth of Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc. since 2002.  He is a certified lead tester for paint and has completed multiple courses in safety such as trained equipment operator and 30 hour OSHA certified.  

  • James Parra- General Superintendent

    James has been a proud member of the Carousel team since 2007. In 2012, he received his Civil Engineering Degree from Florida Atlantic University. He has completed two major restoration projects in Broward County; both are along the Galt Ocean Mile.   • Gabriella Bianchini – Director of Marketing & Safety

    Gabriella has been with Carousel since 2012. Her background in photography and art gives her the ability to capture and design magazine ads, trade show accessories, website and much more. Gabriella is 10 & 30 hour OSHA certified. In 2015 she recieved her 510 Occupational Safety and Health Standards for Construction certification.   • Alessandra Bianchini- Vice President

    Alessandra joined Carousel on a full time basis in 2011, after graduating with a Masters Degree in Environmental Law with a focus’ Land Use and Sustainable Development. Alessandra, choosing to follow in the footsteps of her family, has excelled as one of Carousel’s two main General Project Managers.   • Anne Nicotra- Office Coordinator

    Anne is the newest member of the Carousel team. She is the office coordinator.  

  • Abraham Fisher- Network Administrator

    Abraham has been working off and on with Carousel since 1999. He is a big asset to the company because he is 10 & 30 hour OSHA certified, he handles all of our auto CAD and billing spread sheets. Also, Abraham is our in house IT, managing the computers, networks, and other technical areas of business.

  • Adriana Lampariello- Finance & Human Resources Assistant

    Adriana has over 15 years of experience as a bookkeeper and office organizational skills. She studied accounting in Italy and started working in the construction business with her family back in 1993. She fluently speaks three languages and is big asset to Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc.  

  • Meredith Griffin- Assistant Director of Finance & Director of Human Resources

    Meredith has an AA in business management accounting and is a public notary.  She has been with Carousel over 15 years and is the assistant to the Finance Director and Director of Carousel's Human Resources Department.

  • Tim Robertson – Project Supervisor

    Tim has over 25 years in the concrete restoration and repair business. He has been working with Carousel Development & Restoration, Inc. for the past four years. Tim originally started as a laborer back in 1990 and worked his way to achieve project supervisor. He is 30 hour OSHA certified, forklift license, ariel platform safety, operator training for swing stages, and has numerous other certifications.

  • Luis Echevarria- Auto CAD/ Billing Specialist

    Luis studied in Cuba as a construction technician. He started at Carousel back in 2012 as a laborer on one of our largest restoration job sites. Luis was quickly promoted to the office where he handles all of our auto CAD and billing spread sheets.

  • Juan Salazar- Project Supervisor

    Juan Salazar has been with Carousel over ten years. He started as a laborer back in 2005 and was quickly promoted to job site foreman, and now project supervisor. He has completed several training courses in the Occupational Safety and Health Training course in construction.

  • Alberto Lopez- Project Supervisor

    Alberto has been with Carousel for over 10 years. His background is in managerial skills, swing stage safety, OSHA safety requirements, leed paint certified, and competent person training.

  • Luis Zelaya- Project Supervisor

    Luis has been a proud member of the Carousel Team since 2005. He started as a laborer and worked his way to the top. He has completed  several safety training courses which include, fall protection, OSHA training, and safe operation and application of suspended access equipment. He is project supervisor for countless jobs in and around Palm Beach County.

  • William Foster- Project Supervisor

    Will has been a proud member of the Carousel team since 2013. Since his employment with Carousel he has quickly been promoted from general laborer, to foreman, to now project supervisor. Will is currently in college for construction courses. He is 30 hour OSHA certified, suspended access equiptment trained, forklift certified and is a compentant person qualifier.

  • Elias Zelaya- Project Supervisor

    Elias has been a proud memeber of the Caousel team since 2013. He first started as a laborer and was quickly promoted to job site foreman in 2015 and now project supervisor. Elias has a background in management and studied electrical engineering. He has completed several training courses and holds a 30 hour OSHA certification.

  • Paul Mercak- Equipment Organizer

    Paul has been Carousel's driver and equipment organizer since 2007. He is efficient in getting the necessary tools to all the jobs sites anywhere in South Florida. He's timing and efficiency is flawless.

  • Greg Wolfe- Shop Foreman

    Greg is our shop foreman and equipment controller. He has completed multitudinous safety courses including 10 hour OSHA requirements, competent person fall protection, ladder safety classes. He is also the forklift safety instructor for all of Carousel's employees.
